The attribute % damage per skill level is still not applied in poison tickd just the first hit.
This was recently fixed in a ktos patch, we’ll probably see it in a few months.

I was present at many bosses that duo wugus raped, what the actual hell.
The dot-tick problem was not fixed.
The overlapping debuffs for multiple wugus should have been, but I haven’t played my wugu yet since patch.
