Need some help with my "key"

I played in the first Tree of Savior Beta Test and I wont be able to play this one, I want to give it away but I didnt receibe a key

Thank you for your participation in the first Tree of Savior Beta Test.
As we’ve mentioned in the official website, you will be able to join our 2nd iCBT without any additional process.

START : Tuesday, October 27, 2015, 03:00 AM (EDT)
END : Thursday, November 25, 2015, 23:00 PM (EST)

Maintenance : Every Tuesday 01:00 AM ~ 05:00 AM (4 Hours)
Servers will be open 24 hours a day.
We’re pleased to have you join us again in our second Beta Test.

So I was wondering how can someone play my beta without access to my steam account.

You won’t receive a key because you already received yours in iCBT1.
This email is just to inform you that you can play the iCBT2.

Yes, but I want someone to play the beta instead of me, because I wont be able to play this one.

Your beta access is related only with your steam account. You can’t share used keys.

Beta Test keys and accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell or exploit the Beta keys for commercial purposes. Your Beta key will be revoked immediately and you will be restricted from participating the beta test, including future tests, when found selling the key or using it for commercial purposes.

Your key is binded with your steam account, so the only way to give away your key is give away your steam account

He can give it to his friend, they still allow it but just in some specific case

I share my steam account with my gf, Its a shame I cant gift the key because both of us are really busy these days.

If your gf has your steam account she can still play. Just have to redownload the game to her laptop
