Need multiple opinions on cleric tank

I got a sword class tank not a squire but a decent tank… and not a dps type.

so from this im looking to make another tank on the cleric archetype… leaning on, cleric3 or 2+pri1, pal3, pd1 xx… most of the skills got an idea what to roll with… im more concerned in stats and cards. and game play.

ill pass on gear (gear can be choosen when a build is choosen) and a +16 trans 10 primus can compensate the dmg.

with that in mind… my question is,

1.) inqui or zeolot

2.) will this be a pure spi build?? or balance on con/spi… or tri con/spi (int or str)

3.) card:
unkocker?
frosty lord?
poata? yeti?
blue depends on build… can be flexable with %def or %mdef considering armor too

what i want this to be:
can heal (cleric)
soak up dmg (pal)
regen (heal factor)(regeneration+poata)
has slight control (berrier+frosty)

what it lacks… an easy way to lure or alternative to swashbuckling if i come to an area with no aggresive type monsters or abilitiy to surpass the number of monsters i can gather…

would be much appricated on your inputs… thank you very much.

also note: i played this classes before… but not with a zealot or inqu in it… i only reached miko support before… never touched boker, pardoners… the rest of the cleric class tree i tried already and got an idea how to play the other classes.

you post is horrible.
1.) inqui or zeolot

Kabba for real tanky build, they can block magic too

2.) will this be a pure spi build?? or balance on con/spi… or tri con/spi (int or str)

Full CON for TANK. YES, you want TANK, right? btw press C on Paladin to enter block stand, which will increase your block by 550.

an easy way to lure or alternative to swashbuckling

Diev for all statue, they get the aggro a lot, or Oracle with arcane energy.

to be honest, my favorite tank build for cleric is
cle2 diev3 pala3 miko

Can heal: Cleric 2 - Heal 10.
Alternatively, since you will be the tank and not the main healer you’ll probably have another Cleric in your party, so you could also stick to Cleric 1 and Heal 5 IF you take Priest 2 for Mass Heal.
Mass Heal being an instant splash aoe it is better than Heal if you want to tank. It’s also a good savior if things turn bad. Bonus: it will heal whoever’s in front of you as well.
Soak up damages: if you want to take your party’s damages, yes, Paladin is your best bet. But you also have the possibility of simply having an invincible party with Diev 3, if you’re interested in that.
Slight control: Cleric classes don’t really have control… You got Barrier, Possession and the zombie train, I guess. Diev’s Carve World Tree can also silence mobs.

For purple, you’ll want Gazing Golem. You don’t necessarily need 3, but as a melee it’s almost mandatory.
You don’t need to go pure SPR at all. You’ll actually need CON so you can survive more easily.

For the basic luring you can start the quest line in Woods of the linked bridges (Orsha). Some of the quests make mobs always aggressive towards you, so it helps getting the first aggro/to lure them. You won’t be able to keep the aggro though, indeed, unless you outdamage people. And there’s still the aggro limit
But you don’t really need to keep aggro anyway if you receive everybody’s damages.

Inqui vs Zealot: I wouldn’t go Zealot for a tank build since they hurt their own SP, HP and regen in order to get more burst/damages.
Inquisitor 1 can be taken for the Malleus aoe-aggro + debuff, and the wheel that would spread your damages. But it doesn’t actually do anything to help you tank.

For tanky builds, the best classes are: Paladin 3, Dievdirbys 3, Kabbalist 3. Plague Doctor 1+ is good for Healing Factor and other protective spells as well, of course.
If mixed with a Paladin-sponge build, I think putting Diev 3 or Kabba 3 is better in order to either completely make you invincible or be able to block magical damages.

I also love Cleric 2 - Diev 3 - Pal 3 - Miko. It’s just fun =w=
