My thought with this build was too stun the mobb with the combination from restrain and umboblow ( hope the stun effect stacks…)
stun effects does not stack, they are refreshed
I mean the chance to stun an enemy.
restrain lvl 10 have a 40% chance to stun and umboblow 25% chance to stun.
I just want to know if when restrain is active the chance to stun an enemy is increased when I use umboblow.
Sword - Pelta2 - Rode2 - Fencer2 is better.
Get Sword3 only for PvP.
as far as i know, Restrain would not increase the chance for Umbo Blow to stun, however Restrain does work with skills, so you would have 25% and 40% to stun, and the stun duration would depend on which of the stuns you triggered (or the highest stun duration if you got both)
