Attend mission’s arrow: it shows direction. There are 5 places: Upper zone, left zone, right zone, down-left zone, down-right zone (Klaipedia)

when I remember right, you have to use the"v" botton on 5 spots inside Kleipeda town to get the scrolls. The arrows showes the direction you have to walk to.
I think the first scroll is to use “V” near the exit to Gytis Settlement.
