Need help with premium name change and items

I would PM a staff member on here, but I don see an option to.

I have problems with the name change from over a week ago. I cant move some of my items. There is no help ticket option so Im not sure where to put this kind of stuff. I’m deleting a character for a couple of reasons. One of which is a name that some people have mentioned to me they think it is political, and I’d rather not have to deal with that.

  1. I did a name change during the time period (before April 5th) and didn’t see a refund. I was told we would get one if we paid 150 TP because of the miscommunication between IMC and players. It should definitely be noticable in my account activity that I spent this TP.

  2. Need to move my premium items off of my swordsman (the one with a name that could be thought to be political) to my Archer. I cannot not name change my swordsman, because I do not have the TP. See above.

I’ve bought all 3 DLC packs in support of this great game. I plan on buying more in the future when its available. I just wish there was a ticket system in place. I hope something could be done to help this, that would be appreciated. Thank you.
