Need help with gf's wizard

Hi,

So my girl finally decided to give TOS a try and wants to play a wizard. The problem is, I have no clue about any of its skills as I main a Dragoon. She wants to play some combination of Fire/Ice mage, so I managed (barely) to make the following two builds.

Can I get some suggestions about what to change, maybe some alternatives? I’m planing to facetank most of the damage, so she should be able to DPS fairly easy. I’m looking for something that enables us to farm, with some sustain, probably 4/1/2 distribution.

Right now I think those builds are quite equally reliable but the difference is that someone taking that elementalist path will suffer (feeling useless) until elementalist C2 is reached where Meteor skill is gained.

Something like this would be better for a fire/ice mage. Stat distribution should be either 4:1 or 3:1 int:con.

the former is decent for lategame farming, the latter is a little bit weak but can burst down bosses really quickly. Both have long cooldowns. If you’re doing Cryo for the icewall I suggest grabbing Pyro (instead of Cryo C2, I would say) for something to use while it’s on cooldown, cause it can be a bit of a hassle.

As for the first build, the grind to Elementalist 1 is gonna be hell, and even then it might not pay off until Elementalist 3. I was an Elementalist last CBT and they were really fun, so I would still recommend it if you’re patient.

@pseudo Can you suggest any alternatives? I am interested in any build, as long as it’s not a support/summoning build.
