Need help with figuring out what to main/focus on

I want to focus on a couple wizard builds and an archer build. So I have been doing some research and looking around through the forums. Classes I’d like to build around are cryo, ele,musketeer and maybe SR.

So I’ve been thinking about the following builds.

  1. wiz>cryo3>sorc2>warlock
    I like the aesthetics of ice and summoning classes and I’ve read that cryo and sorc synergize well. From what I understand though, sorc is not the greatest and buggy so I’m not sure if this will be practical.

  2. wiz>cryo3>ele3
    Prolly the one I have considered the most. I like cryo and ele. This way I kill two birds with one stone and have some good CC and damage. Though this is not the best path, is it at least good enough?

  3. wiz3>ele3>warlock
    Backup build if the second one doesn’t work out.

  4. wiz>cryo3>chrono3
    Another backup build

  5. archer3>QS3>musketeer
    Standard path though if there any other good/fun combinations for musketeer, I’ll maybe change it. If musketeer ends up being able to use hanging shot, then maybe I’ll add falcon.

  6. archer2>QS3>SR2
    I may not have time to really go into this build though I’d like to know how practical is this class.

Sorc isnt buggy, the problem with it is, the SP consumption, what i mean is, as long as you keep your summon up, you will lose SP per second (if i am not wrong its 3% of the total SP per second), if you plan on pick ride skill, you can add more SP consumption to it, because while mounted on the summon your SP decrease even faster, not counting that when you use the summon skills you are using your SP.

The problem on Sorc on the CBT’s we had was, there was only 1 really good summon (Temple Shooter), i can’t say if they fixed the other summons, someone who is playing on KR server may be able to answer that.

When i played mine on the 2nd iCBT, i ran as Wiz C2 > Linker C2 > Sorc > C1 (Note that in iCBT all skills where available for testing purposes) > Alch (because Fedimian pots wasn’t enough to keep my summons for more than 15-20 mins without using offensive skills).
I picked Alch because of pots, level 5 pots kept me up with summon for as long as i wanted, even using some offensive skills sometimes, but since i picked Linker C2 (for 8 links), i could go fine, note that i had someone else with me, my friend picked ranger so we could level faster because of her damage, or i wouldn’t reach level 198.

I know that there was some nice cards to use as summon but as i said, on iCBT the only good one was TS, Chapparition Card wasn’t bad same for Necroventer Card both had AoE on their basic attack and Necroventer hit 2x on the same attack.
Specter Monarch Card use magic attack and Harpeia Card critical hit, someone said the others can also critical hit, but i never saw them do so, at least mines, maybe with full stars upgrade, the biggest one i had was Necroventer 5 stars.

All of your choice are practical.
But i’m not recommend choice 1.

any QS3+Archer2 sure work and very strong

Sorc with out TS = Trash even has 10 star TS still feel lackluster.
