Need help with Druid builds

Was thinking of having Sadhu C1 to Out of Body attack at the same time with Lycanthropy for a fun PvE build. Is it viable or no?

If it’s viable I have two builds in mind:
-Cleric C2 > Diev C2 > Sadhu C1 > Druid C3
-Cleric C2 > Krivis C2 > Sadhu C1 > Druid C3

I’ll lose Ausrine or Melstis for not going C3. Is this a bad idea? Which of the two above is better?

My concerns:
-If R9 classes are bad, Miko would be a good option if I go Diev C3 instead of Sadhu C1
-That Krivis Druid is worse than the Krivis Taoist version

Some other questions:
-Possible to use Transform and Lycanthropy at the same time?
-What damage type are the Lycanthropy skills?
-Are monk skills usable in Lycanthropy?
-Does Chortasmata change bosses’ type to Plant?
-Does Diev’s 20% damage increase to Plant type work with magic?
-How important is Diev’s Zemyna statue to keep Lycanthropy up?
-Is defense still lost in Out of Body?
-Is Out of Body still buffed with Ausrine and Divine Stigma? Is there anything else that buffs it?

Thanks for any and all help.

get diev3

sadhu1 is pointless

Pointless even for fun? =[

What if I’m leaning towards Krivis? Diev doesn’t seem too fun even if it’s better in groups and as a support - all I’d get are the owl statues to attack with.

With Krivis, C3 would only give me Melstis and a bit better Zaibas?

With Druid C3, you can get double Matk from Hengestone + Transform. Which can make Zaibas and Cure do nice damage, as they give a multiplier on Matk.

I wouldn’t bother with Sadhu. And yes, Diev is just very boring.

I love my Cleric 2> Krivis 3> Druid 3. <3

To answer a couple of your questions:
-No, you can only do one or the other, they both give double HP + Matk when done with Hengestone.

-Lycanthropy are Physical, which helps a lot with certain extremely high MDef mobs on level 300+ maps.

-I don’t know, but Lycanthropy as it stands is situational since it uses 2% SP per second.

Which I offset by using Blue Siaulav Mage with HP/SP regen, so I can use Lycanthropy till low SP, then transform into the Mage to regen SP to do it all over again.

Yes you CAN use SP pots, but you’ll be drinking them like water

why would you pick sadhu?

for the lulz!

Stay away from Sadhu, that class really needs to be completely reworked. Its extremely underpowered and can be quite buggy. Get Diev3 or something else, just don’t go Sadhu, trust me you will just be wasting your time.

yes sadhu1 is pointless

consider pick sadhu2 into druid3 if u want to play it

Sadhu Possession does near to no damage at 300+.

It’s great if you’re with a linker to keep enemies completely stunned, but for damage, it’s very bad.

What makes Possession do less damage than Zaibas?
How’s your druid’s Zaibas damage compared to a Tao’s?

And thank you for your input and advice, everyone

The dream (was) being able to attack with Out of Body at the same time as casting skills with the main body

It just does, my wife has a Sadhu C2 that’s 300+, and Possession does pathetic damage…

Tao does more damage with Zaibas, but I personally view it as a one-trick pony, the 2x Matk that carries across to all your spells more than makes up for it. But hell, if R9 has nothing good to offer, Taoist is definitely on the table for R9.

Also just to add for Druid, you can get +40% MDef/Def going Insect, which makes you a great tank for high level maps, that along with being able to get 2x Matk at C3 is real nice.

But if you’re going Tao, I’d say don’t go Druid, go Miko and PD.

Are you guys absolutely, 100% positive that sadhu doesn’t have any sort of synergy with druid?

I was with a sadhu1 druid3 in royal mausoluem and he absolutely crushed the cookie cutters on every single boss fight. Yellow 1 on every single one, and his gear was not particularly impressive. Afterwards I asked him why he went sadhu1 and he tried to explain it, but either english wasn’t his first language or I’m just stupid and I couldn’t understand what he was saying.

Anyway I just want to make sure, you guys know 100% certainty that there’s no hidden sadhu1 interaction with druid3?

If there is, my wife didn’t find it.

Thanks for checking. It sounded to me like he was trying to say something about OOB capturing/preserving transform stats, but I really don’t know enough about how that works to understand why that’s good.

Preserving is easy enough with level 10 Transform, it’s 2 minutes 40 seconds with Divine Might, then you just hengestone and transform again.

I’ll look into this tomorrow with druid trans buff and OOB, night time for me.

Ok, ty ty. Found this vid on youtube, no idea what it’s supposed to be showing

edit: guy who made this video saying in comments that krivis3 is better and sadhu isn’t worth it. Guess there’s really nothing to it.

Since you want Sadhu and it’s 4fun, I would recommend Cleric3>Sadhu2>Druid3
You also can choose another class than Cleric3 in rank 3. Priest to Ressurrect friend in party play ou Diev for CD reduce and free warp.

Of course Diev3 and Krivis3 are better options for meta builds.

I read about how OoB snapshots the magic attack at the time of using it, so it’s possible to use Druid’s doubling and 8 level 10 Chapparition cards to get the boosted damage on it for the entire duration

Here’s a vid of a sadhu druid doing just that

The damage seems pretty amazing.

I see, so OOB no longer cancels from damage, and it doesn’t lower Defenses anymore? It seems cool and might be fun. But I have a feeling that it’s just that unfortunately.

It looks great for bosses in which you don’t take much damage from, but the immobility seems very dangerous otherwise.

Im personally using it and its pretty good for a sadhu. Heal, cure, carnivory, possession for ground and possession for flying. Never really went in depth in this class when I hit rank 8 since my party carried me mostly. The damage is not a joke though and can out dps archers in ground boss but it still cant compete on pd2 and inquisitor though.
