Need help with deciding my stats for my priest C3 monk C2 plague doc C1

I want to make a dps support cleric build who is good in PvP and PvE. this is the build i came up with


i dont know if i should go with an INT based cleric or a STR based one but i feel monk is too good for PvP to ignore or am i wrong?

The biggest problem i have is stats distribution coz unlike other class, clerics use almost everything and i just realized SPR is very important for many cleric spells. is STR/SPR with needed amount of CON good or STR/DEX with needed CON or just STR/CON for better PvP? can anyone give me suggestions on the ratios i should use? i am not sure with DEX coz people say it is not the way it used to be after the nerf.

Don’t go that build please, you will either lack so much damage or lack support.

PD needs other classes with many debuffs to shine, scales with int con and spr.

Monk is an off dps that can support but u need monk c3 for more damage, scales with str con dex.
