Need help picking a class

I’m still very new to TOS but I am really loving the game so far. Problem is i’m having a real hard time trying to find a class thats play style is enjoyable to me.

So what i’m trying to look for is something similar to the older(BC, Wrath) versions of the enhancement shaman from WoW. The kinda tanky melee with magic thrown in for buffs and some attacks.

So far what I know is that the only melee attackers in TOS are swordsman and cleric. But swords cant use magic at all.

Any ideas on how I could pull this off? Or if its even possible?

priest3+chaplain.You will be aa based class with decent damage,amazing sustain and parties going to love you.
or you can try sadhu too, it also uses aa but with int.

So what would I do for rank 6-7? Since Chaplain only has 1 ranking, at least from what the class builder shows. I assume its a free choice for the last 2?

You can pick pardoner maybe to sell priest 3 buffs,or not sure about rank 6 but, at rank 7 you can choose plague doctor against all the cc.

I know a common build is C1, P3, Ch, Dr2

By dr I assume that’s druid?

I’m curious about druid but also selling skills with the pardoned could be nice just for the money and it does sound kind of interesting.

I think this at least gives me a solid base to work with thanks guys!

Any idea where to put stat points?

Yeah DR for Druid. I’m not entirely sure I’ve seen both Full Spirit and Full INT. So I’d just look around research and figure out what you want to do.
