I have Con:40 which makes my hp 4018 but should i put some in int or go for spr ?

No spr. You may go either int or con - for spr just use pots.
So spr is that useless…
For most dps builds yes. It is good for supporters and sorc (and maybe several more). If you are casual player and have troubles with stamina you can invest in it, but it is not very Efficient.

Thanks so i’ll put it on int for damage as i noticed that spr only gives 13 sp, so thats not worth it.
