Need help on PVE Cleric Build on STR-CON-SPR

Hi Everyone!
I’m just startin and got myself on Cleric C1 Priest C1. and stat heavily on STR - CON -SPR (which more heavy on SPR>STR>CON) i’m afraid of failing on plan which class to take next where i want to play supp-dps

any idea?

quite confused about ur stat build…

let me share you my “Opinion”

str-con = offensive types: monk, chaplain, paladin, diev, sadhu
spr-con = support healers / power buffer types: cleric c2/3, priestc3
int-con/spr = offensive magic types: bokor, kriv, plague doc, druid

if you want phys type cleric

i can share u my current build : cleric1>priest3>monk3 | stats: 3:1:1 dex, con, and str

Maybe u either reroll early or throw ur OCD and go SPR or INT/SPR builds haha

Seriously, if it will bother you later (splitting stats between STR and SPR) then just reroll. Rank 2 is basically nothing.

With the changes to [blessing] actually coming tomorrow, I highly recommend an SPR chaplain. [blessing] is going to gain scaling with 6% SPR, 2% INT and skill lv. The skill will get an additional (meaning aside from the 170 from base skill and attributes) (0.06 SPR + 0.02 INT) x (skill lv - 1). At lv 15 that is 0.84 SPR + 0.28 INT.

You auto attack will have the following lines of damage (each line will get its own [blessing]).

  1. normal atk (scales with STR)
  2. [sacrament] (doesn’t scale with any stat … yet)
  3. cafrisun set bonus (fixed 12 earth damage)
  4. [aspersion] (scales with INT and SPR
  5. [last rites] (doesn’t scale with any stat)

That’s 5x [blessing] will be applied. So (0.84 SPR) x 5 = 4.2 SPR scaling. Add in that 1 SPR from [aspersion] (no attributes to [aspersion]) and each auto atk you do will scale with 5.2 x your SPR.

If you went STR your auto atk will only scale 1x your STR (potentially 2x at rank 10)

If you went INT your auto atk will scale 2.4x your INT (potentially 3.8x at rank 10 with no attributes to [aspersion])

As an example, 200 SPR would mean [blessing] would do 170 + 168. That’s a lot.

There are other skills that scale with SPR that fit the “support” role too.

STR sucks for Chaplain. It scales damage on your 1st hit of physical damage and that is it.

SPR is the best offensive choice for Chap thanks to Aspersion’s SPR scaling as well as the recent blessing change.

INT is nice for damage on Cure and Heal tiles, but I wouldn’t get points in it as a Chap unless you are pure PVE. Chaplain need to be up in the enemies face, so getting CON and SPR are your best options.
