Hi, i need some help or advices for my corsair:
what do u guys prefer, Sw3 > Hop2 > Cor3 or Sw1 > HL2 > Hop2 > Cor3?
i’m not sure if i can use highlander skills with one-handed spear AND i’ll not consider take shinobi in any build.

Look built with Fencer or Lancer… With Highlander can work but without shinobi (the clones can clone skill of Highlander or Swordman), don’t see the potencial of build.
In the case of Fencer o Lancer make Corsair for Iron Hook, this skill is the best CC in PVP, but in next updates will be nerfed (Max Time in PVP 10 sec). The full Corsair C3 make for Pistol Shot (Iron Hook and Pistol shot in PVP are OP), great CC and damage, but… yes, without shinobi only have Pistol Shot.
Other option are Swordman 3 (or Swordman 1, Peldasta 2), Hoplite 3, Corsair C1, Murmillo (the jumper Tank-Killer), CC, 2 jumps (1 of hoplite, 1 of Murmillo) and crazy critical rate.
And yes, i have a Corsair C3… in end game no are a bad Pj, but… without equip have problems to make damage (and in me case, are Shinobi).

I’m looking for only PVE, and only builds with corsair c3.
I’d like the idea of corsair with one-handed spear, so i’m not considering PVP ('cause i’m pve player).
Do you think a bad ideia sw1-hl2-hop2-cor3? or have other idea for corsair c3 builds without shinobi?

Swordsman 3 peltasta corsair 3 doppel is by far the best corsair utility build in farming. Though if you want to push your build then you can test it out while we have an exp event. There is a saying that seeing is believing. Who knows, your build might be really good and become meta.

I’ll probably test swordsman 3 hoplite 2 corsair 3, highlander 2 instead of swordsman 3 was just an idea, but i think it’ll too much skills to use… the point is i wanna test a build with corsair 3 and hoplite
As guy who has sw3-hop2-sair3, i would say if u wanna DWA build with pistol, don’t go for this build. Cuz thx to IMC this build is bugged. Pistol autoattack doesn’t works with additional range on spears.
I bough reset pack, cuz of this bug. >_>

what do u think about the damage overall? i don’t want to use DWA 'cause i think it is not worth it

Whoa. You are my complete opposite. I despise spears since my class is supposed to be swordsman not spearman. Yet I have to admit that having hoplite is really helpful in swordsman, cata was op, dragoon was op, lancer is fine.
Sadly I cant seem to find a non spear build except for murmillo. Fencer and doppel is not counted since they use rapier and greatsword not 1 handed sword.
Back to topic:
Sw3 high 2 corsair 3 might work or like I said earlier just do your build while we have the new player event. You should experiment and see if it works on a new account then build that toon on your main account if you liked the results.

It’ll be my main account, since i’m returning player and i have nothing too much valuable on the other account.
But the corsair will be my 3rd character (4 slots used 'cause i have Reiter), and if i don’t like it i can just reroll 
I’ll just continue with sw3 hop2 corsair3 'cause i really like the idea of spear and finestra, as i said.
When i reach 330 and some gear i can update some news hehe.
And what do u guys think about Swordsman 3 skills? I’ll only play PVE.
Restrain is optional?
Or just 14 gung ho, conc 15, PB 15 and 1 double slash?
Or 10 gung ho and 5 double slash?

Damage not really high, but it’s stable. So while other guys are waiting for cd i’m buttomsmashing with DWA. XD Even with Maga spear +7 i were 1st in dungeons pretty often. But this build is lacking of damage skills.

I had 10 gung ho and 5 double slash and u know double slash(crit attribute) with finestra crits very often.
