Need help in solving the problem!

Please!! Help me to solve the game problem. It always crashes, preferably at loading screens, or at cities, or then i tried to open Collections/Craft/Journal/World Map/Shops windows.

An error looks like:

I’ve tried to reinstall Direct X, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft .net Frameworks, Audio/Video Drivers - Nothing helps.
Today i decided to reinstal Windows at all - same sh*t!

I’m really tired of this error! Please - Help me to solve it!

I had this problem happen a lot before, what are your computer specs, what server are you playing on and internet speed?_?

also, just to be safe…

try doing a validation of local cache on game property on steam…

and of if all else fail try re-installing the game or wait for the patch and see if it fixes things…

send a thicket to support too,seeking help in more places will increase the chances of getting that help :slight_smile:

I tried to reinstall te game before and after Windows reinstalling - didnt help
I also tried to validate the game cache - get a message, that 25 files are not valid and will be downloaded - but after updating nothing changes.

almost all of the queries at Google send me to Microsoft site at the pages about DirectX updating or to the same forums.
I also send a ticket to IMC - waiting for answer.

My comp is:

  • CPU : Intel® Core™ i3 M 380 @ 2.53GHz
  • RAM : 4 Gb
  • Graphics Card : Nvidia 315M
  • Mainboard : Notebook Samsung NP RV511-S02RU
  • Storage : 250 Gb
  • OS : Windows 7 Professional 32 bit
  • Internet Connection : >100 mbps

wait for the maintenance to be over and pray things get better, hope support can give a solution :slight_smile:

Yep, this lasts since release - i didnt have these troubles at the Closed Beta Test, But after April early access i start to crashing, LoL)))
There was a lot of patches)

I’ll pray for goddess, that IMC will fix it, cause i think - it’s optimisation problem. because i can play Dota 2 or WoW normally for the days in the row, but only TOS crashes… It’s Very very strange!
