After update windows10, I’ve receive this error.

Windows10 is a bit dumb when it comes to uninstalling but it looks to me like an error that could actually be fixed by purging the game from your HDD and reinstalling it properly.

I assume C: is your Windows partition and D: is where you actually store everything? Cause if D: isn’t a partition of your main HDD that might be an issue as well.
