So i have been through all of google trying to find a answer for stat allocation for my build. Its going to be Sword 3 Cata 3 and then dragoon. I know that a lot of ppl are going to say pure str but idk how that works with cata. So if some one can give me some answers

your build is pure PVP so Pure STR definately not going to work for you , since you need dex for accuraty or critical hit . My suggestion is 4:2:2 for PVP purpose. I hope it helps!
Mehhh there is a lot of debate but you definitely want dex for accuracy and con for some health.
How tanky are you trying to go? 4 / 2 / 2 is the tankier side.
I’d say 4 / 1 / 2. If by 230 you find yourself in duels still getting hit harder than you’d like you can then allocate more into con.
Ultimately I don’t think people really know yet what is best :P.
