I need advise on stat allocation for this build, specifically how much str/dex i shld invest in; and also if i need int/spr.

Int/spr aren’t something you should invest in on a monk build. The amount of dex you need will vary with your ping, but 150 to 200 total dex (invested + gear) works well for a lot of people here in the states. As for your build choices, carve owl is by all accounts not worth it now. It is especially not worth it if you aren’t an int build. Those 5 points can be moved elsewhere. Carve attack isn’t bad, but you really don’t need it on monk. Double punch is the best filler ability in the game right now really.

str-dex, get dex till u feel satisfy in atk speed , put the rest in str
