Did Cartar Stoke = 4 hit at every level? do I need to put more point into it?

So it highly depends on what you are looking at ( catastroke and moulinet will be viable higher levels on rotation.)
Maxing crown will no longer to be the go to standard now.
Cartar stroke is always 4 hit. More levels = more damage .
As for dopple no. You seem to be banking more on redel after cyclone just keep it in mind to use 2nd glass mole on redel rotation 3 after cyclone then.
Since it will always be Zwer > cleave> cyclone for highest aoe/sustain damage. Then Cleave > cyclone rotation 2 then cleave > redel for you.
Oh new attribute for Cata & moulinet.

It’s not worth it if you are not using the toon as a farmer. So you can take it out and spec some where else.
Redel can be 1-10 imo. (5 total true hits up to 1m damage. )
As far as i see you won’t be able to hit max damage with glass mole only .
Mostly just half way point. So depending which one you are pushing.
You just drop the rotation with glass mole into which. (the only one that will really help you to double or triple to hit max damage is dragoon and fencer or miko.)
easily potentially cap is infact stuartz at 2 true multi hit 400k. so 1 point is definitely sufficient.

Miko boosts meele damage @_@ that’s why.
This the holy damage buff one? Mind you, scout 2 can buff p-atk but no one talks about it :L
well… perspective distortion “kinda suck” so yea.
Kagura adds 70% meele damage any way and a debuff to boss/mobs to take 70% additional holy damage.

Run a Diev/miko +PD, run a krivis miko taoist. Run any AOE MEELE.

Run it with diev miko PD or krivis miko enjoy Austrine dance + meltistis AOE invulnerable and pain barrier + 70% damage up time …
i don’t think i need to say anything more. Grab in a chrono + 2 Meele AOE dps. See shiet dies in second in DPS check rooms. the rest of it is just your usual routine of objective achievement.
