Need Help: Character Stuck in Nuoridin Falls War Map

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone): On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at approximately 10:30 PM The character was located in Nuoridin Falls, which is a war map.

Server : [NA] Zachariel

Team Name : Cathals

Character Name : Moira

Steps to reproduce the issue :
**1. Logged into my Swordsman character.
**2. Entered a war map (Nuoridin Falls).
**3. Got disconnected (DC).
**4. Did not log back in before the war ended.
**5. After that, the character became stuck and I can no longer log in with it.

Description :

One of my characters (Swordsman) is currently stuck and I am unable to log in with it.
On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at approximately 10:30 PM, I was disconnected while my character was inside a war map. The character was located in Nuoridin Falls. I did not log back in before the war ended, and after that the character became stuck.
This issue is not related to my PC performance or system specifications.
I kindly ask for your help to move or fix the character so I can log in again.

It’s a known issue… people can’t relog when a map doesn’t exist anymore because there is no default relog location in the game (they should have implemented that a long time ago especially when there were events with temporary maps). If you want your character to be back in town you’ll have to submit a ticket to Tree of Savior.
