Hi guys anyone can help me, about Dingofasil District quest?
“Your stamina keeps decreasing as if you are losing your spirit. Quickly find someone who can fix this situation.”
I cant find the npc for this… Help pls someone who knows, thx.

The only NPC on that map is the demon Svitrigaila who is just located to the right of the Vakarine statue. You have to talk first to that thing just below him to trigger his quests.
Im facing same problem… can someone help me?
When i take to that barrier thing, i get a status “Your stamina keeps decreasing as if you are losing your spirit. Quickly find someone who can fix this situation.”
Then i walked to demon Svitrigaila, he cures that status. nothing else is happening. no trigger and nothing.
am i doing ths wrong? or is it a bug? i tried 10 times+ in different channels, still the same.
Help me on it please.

Trig it using an object similar to what trigged it that is near the entrance
From the entrance, just stick to the right while moving forward and you’ll see one of those and you can interact to it directly and get a debuff that doesn’t have a timer.
