Only Pardoner can craft Daino Scrolls, so yes.
Is it worth it to sell lvl 4 Daino?
It may can sell if its cheaper than level 4. But knowing the market system currently, idk if you can set lower than other level 5 scrolls. Why left it at level 4 though?
