Need "guildbank" and change party loot

1. We need guild bank / chest or something like, with possibility take items in/out without trade limit and untradable points. (loss potential is sad, but ok)

2. Need possibility to give/take loot which we obtain in party THROUGH party WITHOUT trade limits & untradable points. OR possibility to trade loot from bosses to any who dmg this boss without loss potential, trade points, and untradable points. THNX.
