What should i pick if i already leveled character as cyro 2 for PVP/GVG? Should max cyro 3? what should i pick on rank 5~7 tier? realy need advice about this class especially right now i read cyro 3 kino 3 is nerfed in pvp.
Highly recommended go Cryo 3, for Snowball + Frost Pillar. IMO, keep Cryo 2 is somewhat waste rank, just 1 or 3.
You got decent skill for PvP/GvG with cryo3 so… you can consider Chrono3 (good at ET) for shorter cd, combo haste + snowball, pass + “snow tree” +…everything

The biggest nerf to Kino IMO is Gravity’s disable (just slow), in kToS patch (maybe iToS NOT nerf?). Waste 3 circle to get Raise is not worth for me, but it is your choice. Choose the suit one, no need to choose the best one
Cryo3, Chrono3 is a viable ET and Late Game build, from what I can see on world chat is that they are very much needed and loved.
Cryo3Sorc2/3 +Warlock is also a build that is used as well iirc.
Max cryo 3 for frost pillar and snow rolling, both very good skills imho. Frost pillar effectively renders subzero shield useless though (although some may disagree with me).
