Hello,
i need some advice on my current Peltasta C2. Since i’m always playing in a party with friends my idea was to be a full tank. However i just noticed that there is no more real tank class after Peltasta and being a tank without any damage dealing skills gets boring really fast. I am now thinking about playing with a spear and shield as main weapon and the possibility to toggle to two-handed spears. Soon i will reach my class level 15 with Peltasta C2 and i’m not sure what to do next. My 2 options are:
- Option 1: continue to Peltasta C3 for maxed Swash Buckling, maxed High Guard and add another Shield skill (Butterfly or Umbo Thrust) and change to Spear Tree on Rank 5
Swordman - Peltasta C3 - Spear Tree (3 Ranks)
Question: if i change to Cataphract and skip Hoplite class, is it still possible to learn the attribute to use spears?
Possible builds:
Swordman - Peltasta C3 - Hoplite C3
Swordman - Peltasta C3 - Cataphract C3
Swordman - Peltasta C3 - Hoplite C1 - Cataphract C1 - Dragoon
- Option 2: skip Peltasta C3 and change to a spear class (Hoplite) or jump directly to Cataphract
Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Spear Tree (4 Ranks)

Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Hoplite C2 - Cataphract C2
Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Hoplite C2 - Cataphract C1 - Dragoon
Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Hoplite C1 - Cataphract C2 - Dragoon
Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Hoplite C1 - Cataphract C3
Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Hoplite C3 - Dragoon
Swordman - Peltasta C2 - Cataphract C3 - Dragoon
I play PVE only, this should not be for PVP. I am thankfull for any advice.
