I’m lvl 64 Cryomancer, and doing quests by myself is a bit too hard, not even talking about leveling class lvl. Is there any good option to quickly raise class lvl, like hunting low lvl monsters ? Or i should just try to do quests ?
you should do dungeon until level 70 
Its hard to know, you could check exp rates of monsters on TOS database but dont know if they are correct. Cryo is more of a party grinder because of how they can attack your icewall and do AOE damage.

Grinding on cryo is terrible… try to run lvl 50 dungeons until 71 or 72. And then do all the quests you can until you hit rank 4.
