Hey guys. I’m going to college in america soon and am gonna need a laptop. Could someone recommend a good one for a good price? 500? or something?
You can get a regular laptop for that price, gaming laptops cost a lot more that that but

I don’t want a gaming laptop. I already got this desktop built. i just need something thats portable.
Ah okay, sorry I miss read my phone has a large crack and can be fairly hard to read at times haha, well I work in IT and from my expriace Asus laptops are both good value for money and last a decent time

You really just need to read the system requirements for the game then find the laptop closest to those specs for your price. I’d be surprised if there was a laptop that meets the specs for $500 though, you’ll probably see them more in the under 1k range.

For strictly portable productivity and school work get a Surface 3 they are only 500 and you’ll get the best damn tablet/laptop on the market. I have one and I love it. If you’re trying to get something for mobile gaming and have a good desktop pc with a nvidia 600+ graphics card get a Nvidia shield tablet for 200 bucks
