Today I woke up earlier trying to drop a Arde Dagger. The first run I did was normal, opened the first box, talts etc…
Then I stacked two other boxes from the other runs. When I got off the dg decided to open em. The first time(free) was ok, but the the “Pay 30k and open again layout appeared” and I clicked on it various times… It didn’t let me roll again 4 times!! Lost 4 chances wtf! I’ve got a record of that and would like to have any kind of refund…

Yeah, I did the runs just for trying to drop a Arde Dagger lol. Spent two resets I could possibly use on levelling and couldn’t roll the extra paid ones. I see no problem on that. No big deal bro.

oh one more thing, why don’t you ask compensation because you didn’t get 9999999 silver from keppas? you might be lucky with that one.
It’s totally different situation bro. The box was bugged: I clicked and it dind’t work, I’m not complaning it dropped a talt, it just didn’t open. It’s normal to have bugs but it doesn’t mean that players should be penalized. Also, if the existence of this topic bother you can keep yourself out, just ignore and I hope the same never happens to you lol. Thx.

I don’t understand why are so bothered with my matter saying the game is doomed because of that, u seem just someone that have nothing better to do then beeing skeptical about random stuff on internet.

people are making use of IMC’s mistake and all their bug to ask for endless compensation that’s what’s evil. you might think your 1 complaint would be harmless, but so does 1000 others and if 1000 people think that way we have 1000 compensation need to be made. that’s what’s evil.
you can send a ticket read in forum with search, you “can’t find anywhere” bet you didn’t even try.
and yes i have better things to do but i’m doing it while writing this so.

Ok, let’s make an exercise:
Suppose I get my compensation and It’s an item that let me roll twice for 60k silver. What would be the harm to the game economy? It would be just the same as it was not bugged!!! And let’s suppose lot’s of ppl do the same. So what?? I’m not asking em to give me an arde dagger, I just want the fair chance! Yes It’d give em some work but that’s why support exist and I hope the support in this game is as fair and organized as other games in which they keep track of the logs and can check everything.

because he asked for a compensation rather than a fix on the cube, compensation is like the trend right now.

that’s is in no way part of fixing the bug, that’s part of being a stock up consumer that think they deserve everything. people make mistake, learn to forgive and not ask for freaking compensation in every single problem. if it’s a big problem and game breaking yes compensation is fine but this? cube bug? seriously? are you like the devils advocate or something and have fun by backing up wrong people? because you seem to be doing just that every single time i see your name.
Because I believe in consumer right over the smallest thing. I don’t really care about the developer’s circumstances.
And again I must emphasize, if this is a real world case (not a mmorpg), OP would probably get his compensation easily, but people seems to easily be forgiving over a game developer’s mistake (I would probably ask OP to fk off if this is a free game, but it’s not).
I think the game developer today is too pampered by their fans compared to other industry. You rarely see the consumer defending the product developer in most real world product.
