Everything is still very much experimental, as far as anyone can tell.
I imagine skill changes will continue to happen up until and probably even after the release.

What bokor needs the most is a AI update on the zombies, especially the crappy leashing range that’s causing them to reset if they target a enemy outside of it. Also i fell like they should remove the constant HP decay on the zombies, they are squishy enough as it is.
From browsing the KR Tester Forum, it seems IMC have been working on updating Necromancer for a while since there were a lot of complaints about how they were before. It seems now they’re finally adding the fixes to gauge responses and player feedback.
There’s still a section of the patch notes which talks about Raise Dead and Summon Shoggoth which I can’t make out which may pertain some things about the skill.
Expect more changes to the skills over the coming week.
Are those CBT 3 servers still open in Korea?
The test server for CBT3 is currently still online in Korea, it’s a closed server which means you can only access it if you signed up during the open phase during the weekend of the first week.
IMC have not stated when it will end.

My build doesn’t have Linker in it, it’s Wiz C1/Pyro C2/Ele C2/Necro, it was before the advancement change.
I also don’t know anyone on the KR Server who has Linker either.
Though, what exactly did you want to test?
If the Corpse Tower can be targeted with Joint Penalty and if it can, does it work like with Ice wall (link ennemy to the tower and can cast Hangman’s Knot).
I see. I’ll keep an eye out for any english-speaking Linkers. Any other Necros who are on kCBT3 who have Linker as a class, feel free to test this out as well.
I have a Linker but not a Necromancer. The character is a Cryo 1 > Linker 1 > Elementalist 2.

The change for summon shoggoth look sick… I still prefer summon boss from boss card… =(
