Just saying that I would have given a hint, not the plain answer immediately

For those interested, the quest asks you for the date of the completion of Narvas Temple. You have to read the text from Agailla Flurry’s chronicles (the stones on the left), which says somewhere that it has been completed 10 years after an event which occured in the year 610.

The problem was that I just press “continue” in que dialog quests so I dont have any kind of hint
