So rank 8 comes out, i’m all excited, ill admit it. I run out like a man possessed and solo quest my way to lv 322 by the end of the 2nd night, including doing all of Mishekan Forest and the hidden quest to get my mystical cube. I than in the span of 48 hours using instance reset vouchers completed x24 solo 145 dungeons and x12 solo lv 322 crystal mines missions to get my 25 portium, ferinium and phydecium and new t6 gems, basically all for nothing b/c IMC is gonna keep screwing me on my mystical cube roll;
day1: x4 keistas potions
day2: x1 mithril ore
day3: x4 keistas potions
…cmon man, give a guy a break.

By the way, what’s your class that you’re able to solo? I’m sw3catagoon2 and just even the mages in Inner wall d8 screws me with machine gun magic attacks.
Not sure how the rolls work though, from what we all know is just the percentage but does it use pseudo mechanics or some sort cause it seems quite low. Either way, it’s all about dumb luck to get one.
Archer3-Scout3-Falcon1-Mergen1, been playing scouts since launch though, took an idreamy scout to old cap so I’m pretty comfortable with them. It was by no means easy, solo’ng the new bosses like the assassin or demon succubus in jeromel or the massive beast in emit forest were all nail biters, I basically kite and fire off 1-2 high dmg cd skills and continue to do so for 10min. Other quests put me in those god awful instanced matches with x10 mobs and 3-4 of them being mages that can 1-2 shot you, those I would cloak and wait for it to recharge, then attack mobs periodicaly to space them out, recloaking right away, and then when I had them lined up id full draw them to link them (mini joint penalty) and burst them down, or use barrier scrolls to create enough distance to kill them, etc etc.
(I use the Korean hybrid approach though, I ditched full STR a long time ago and it was the best thing I ever did, there is no mitigating this new massive damage, my 1275 evasion carries me)

Ya I get that its rng and honestly I would be ok with that except for the fact that like 75% of the people that got their mystical cube on day 1 got their fkng practonium that same day, and the other 25% got it the following day is all. And yes I know this b/c they all spammed the linked practonium in shout.

A bunch of us are debating on whether to actually go past Lv314 (normally Class 15 here) to get there (Lv317). I feel that I’m wasting card exp for Class if I do it now. ( although it’s for R9 
)
I wouldn’t worry about the cards tbh, I did ZERO grinding, ate new cards and went 277 to 322 and I still have 8 or 9 fully untouched maps of quests, those tier14 cards mannnn your bar just goes nuts.
(ah I see you were worried about rank9, you should know better my fellow dark knight, you saw how long it took us to get rank 8 and how they had no business rolling that out when they did, they clearly realized they were in an actual threat of going under if they didn’t do something drastic and rushed it out - rank 9 is atleast 6 months out, if not a year easily)

Ya I legit feel bad for anyone without cloaking now, normally idgaf, literally everyone can DIAF b/c I solo anything I need but jesus god, now that an auto attack hits you for 10k, spiral arrow hits you for 25k and theres more poles of agony then Nicolas Cage movies I actually pity people.

I guess my Fade falls into “cloaking” territory, although definitely nowhere near as effective.

I was 322 by end of night 2 of the update, solod all my quests except for 2 fights, had 2 use a party for zima suecourt megaboss, the 100ft tall java the hut, and the double centaurs for dog eat dog
