But i can’t found that arts in game… They forgot it? it is on in KTOS? Or maybe there is a chance to put that arts later in future update?

Doesn’t exist in ITOS nor KTOS. Wasn’t added to the game.

Limacon is a damage modifier and not a standard SFR skill. While it has an enhance attribute like some other buff skills, it is not a damage skill, and therefore doesn’t get an Enhanced Upgrade art.

but why they put an arts to lightning hands? it’s a damage modifier right?

Lightning hands is an extra damage line on auto attacks, and it has its own sfr (not dmg modifier). That’s why it has the Art enhance. That being said, the sfr is so low that I dont think its worth getting the Arts.
