I was afk and got disconnected, when i came back my regard horn pike had disappeared, and after sending two tickets to IMC both responses were ‘‘you dropped your weapon,be more careful next time’’.

Weapons and items do not disappear randomly. If a GM already responded saying you dropped it and it will not be returned, then posting here will not accomplish anything.
Be sure to use the lock function on items you do not wish to part with.

I lost all my stat/skill/potions, gear and weapons that I had on my team storage during the merge cause I couldn’t connect to the game to save them and am not going tgo ask for them cause am sure they wont give em back just cause my luck sucks balls…
heck my characters are prob deleted already or will be deleted soon if I don’t go back and save them 
Bottom line is…
Shit that cant be fixed happens and we cant control it, just move forward with a grumpy face

Answer with GMs just standart answer on any question and nothing more/

Sure it’s completely logical to assume that items disappear randomly with absolutely no evidence in this case or before this case.
But hey using unrelated cases to base your arguments makes it valid.

I’m sorry to hear about that.
These type of things, well… happens… I already lost more than one weapon by discarding and accidentally transcending (and failing) at 0 potential at 95% (or 98? or 90? I forgot.) by holding Control instead of Shift (Shift instead of Alt+Click), someone lost a Solmiki Robe, other players also lost valuable stuff.
I could swear I put all required Gems into the transcendence UI, but turns out I remembered right after: I did make a mistake.
I’m sure you can recover and get an even better Lv.350 weapon. I wish you great luck to get good stats and a good +11 or +16 enhancement to compensate the loss.
Once you own a new weapon make sure to keep it locked whenever possible and avoid using important options or modifying important equipment when tired or sleepy. These type of errors happens mostly during actions we didn’t pay much attention to or repetitive movement and clicking without looking carefully to details.

I’m also very sorry to hear about this, but I should inform you that the original investigation is correct: the Regard Horn Pike was unequipped in Tenet Church 2F and was later discarded along with a number of other weapons.
As @crevox mentioned, weapons and other items do not randomly disappear. However, we are more than happy to double check these issues when players report them.
Last year, someone dropped his solmiki robe by accident.
Hours spent climbing and farming silver gone , and IMC didnt reimburse. The player sucked it up and farmed another one…
This is a very grey area regarding dropped equipment…
If this is a successful case, 100 more players will want their ‘dropped’ weapons reimbursed.
You have to think not only from your PoV but also from theirs. How will they differentiate genuine cases from fake “drops” next time.

you have to actually mouse over the spear and it has to be unlocked. Then you click and drag it out of inventory window. Upon Release, you have to click [Yes] for a proper discard.

I also thought it was weird for him to discard it by mistake, but if he was discarding/selling several items and he had his pike unequiped, it could have definitely happened. It’s a pretty common mistake.
NEVER throw/sell a lot of items in an “half asleep” way, without carefully checking each of them. Although the best way to prevent that is simply to lock your items.
maybe someone went into your room and clean up your mouse and keyboard. sometimes my work gets messed up when someone does that
A few words from someone who accidentally equipped a trash weapon instead of discarding it after doing CM and didn’t notice he discarded his main weapon in the pile of trash weapons he had in inventory… mistakes happen, the only thing you can do afterwards is be sure they don’t happen again.
Sometimes, you right click a trash gear and equip it. Then you start rage deleting and this happens
always lock all you important stuff, especially since everything can be turned into dust nowadays, literally. One of my mates accidentally squashed his 2 SIssels Bracelets to dust
