It’s been 3 month i keep open the Cube.
I had 2 Cubes and just one after a month give me the practo, the other one keep give me potions xD

Bad design = IMC problem.
You mess up, even on bad design = your problem.
One doesn’t excludes the other. If you’re plainly rage-quitting, don’t blame others, just assume the error, it hurts less.

Reminder that the unstable cube says it’ll turn back into a mystical cube automatically in the flavor text. Additional reminder that some cube expirations happened because of technical problems outside the user’s control. If the unstable cube were a physical product sold in stores, it would be in violation of consumer protection laws.

The entire “unstable cube”-item is unneccessary in the first place.
Why make this “open the mystical cube to get a random item + unstable cube, but you have to manually use the unstable cube before it expires to get the mystal cube again”?
That’s so user unfriendly and prone for problems due to disconnects, errors or human error (aka forgot to use the unstable cube)…
They could’ve just made the mystal cube an item that can be used once every 24 hours, nothing else! No need for that “unstable cube”-bullshit.
And heck, if you can’t make an item useable once every 24 hours because it is a consumable then make the mystal cube an item that, on opening it, drops a random item and a new mystical cube on a 24 hour timer.
Problem solved.
Let’s start from scratch, the most simple stuff. Why there is a five hour expiration time for the cube? It doesn’t add any difficulty to the game, just makes the player feel frustrated, and quit, in most cases. I really, really don’t understand the logic they’ve applied here, and in many others things.

With the introduction of second mystic cube quest it’s clear they don’t see the unstable cube expiry or the RNG difficulty of getting pract as a problem and actually doubled down on it. They will probably make R9 equipment have a similar system too.

I totally agree about bad builds. Sort annoyed they’re going to give everyone a rank reset for all chars… not jazzed about that.

I believe you’re wrong, my first practonium, had to buy it, got the one from the cube three months later, must have opened it 90+ times, more or less.

My Cube expired too, my first char and everything that IMC can do is give me a generic answer, my message:
Its my first char and my first time making the practonium quest, after get and open up the mystical cube one time I saw a timer, that to me, mean wait for 4 hours to continue (or something else), but after that time the cube just expired and I can’t open or recover it, why?? Some players said to me that now it’s impossible to recover or open again and I lost my chances to get a practonium, so after upgrading 330 levels you are saying to me that I will never get a practonium with this char? I was really thinking on spend some money in this game, but after get some bugs and this… I’m afraid to do tihs :\

Also we would like to inform you that you need to use the Unstable cube in order to return it to its original form which is the Mystical cube. If you were unable to use the unstable cube with in 5 hours it will expire and can no longer be used to return it back into a Mystical Cube.

They say We understand your situation but of course they dont, so, this is why I’m quitting this game, after up 330 levels and fail on get practonium at first time I’m very sad, I will never more play a IMC game for these reasons, good bye IMC!
I bet you open the Mystical cube, received the Unstable cube then didn’t open it right away and wait for 5 hours. It has expired time yk? And the practo comes out from Unstable cube, not the mystical cube
I always right click everything possible.
As I said in my message, this is my first char so I didn’t have idea how it works so I thought this 5 hours is a cooldown… or something like it! But OK, my problem is solved, just quitted the game

Although I did so far not mess up my Mystical Cubes, I’m very wary (not to say paranoid) every time I open a Mystical/Unstable.
I’m very concerned about how many people quit just to this unnecessary mechanic.
@ IMC: please rethink the mechanics of the Mystical Cube, and maybe even find a way to compensate all (auto-search logs?), who lost their Practonium due to this TERRIFIBAD design!!!
