same problem here from europe. ive already made a support ticket tho.
It seems something’s f*cky with their purchase system w/ Steam.

they said theres a delay because many people are buying tp bundles but im not really expecting me to still receive my tp trough normal methods. every single time i bought tp it arrived instantly but now its been 30+ hours
If you can still have it refunded, just refund it for now and wait until they make an official announcement about the issue.
There has been quite a number of instances before with other users where their purchases were left unsolved for more than month.
i wonder if the refund option on steam still works because when selecting the button “i cant find my item/currency” it says everything went fine on steams end, which redirects you to the IMC support.

edit: steam does list this rule though: For in-game items the refund period is 48 hours and the item must not have been consumed, modified, or transferred.
so hopefuly i will still be eligible since it hasnt been that long yet. i assume it wont work because the item did get consumed from my steam inventory, and they have no way to check if i actually got the tp ingame, only IMC does

Yesterday I have bought a bundle and everything went as expected. Before buying bundles you need to add credit to your steam wallet, make sure that the value is not there. If this issue is intermittent though, that’s really severe.

Thats not the issue. At all.
I’ve made the usual steps as always and somehow, you get an item in steam inventory, instead of going straight for the ToS Client. It just sits there. And when you go to the inventory to check it out, its a blank box. You cant even select it.
Somehow, they broke something in the last patch.
