My TP disappears

Date and Time :Today, 20 minutes ago (10/01/2016 10:30 am GMT-3)

Server Name:Silute

Team Name:Lunas_Rojas

Character Name:Azazel

Bug Description : My TP disappears without explanation

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I bought tps ( 2x100)
  2. I entered the game
  3. I went to Azazel
  4. I pressed TP button and i tried to pick up my TP with Yes (2 times), nothing happens and disappears my 200 TP

I bought several times before and this never happens :confused: ( the only thing new in this time …I bought 100x2 TP, before I bought 100 TP)

I thought they’ve already resolved this issue. Is this bug back again?

The temporary workaround to this before was to purchase and open/retrieve each pack/bundle one at a time - so initially just don’t purchase both of the same pack/bundle at the same time. Just one-by-one (purchase A > retrieve A, purchase B > retrieve B).

Not really a solution if you’ve already experienced/triggered the bug.
