Bug Description : My single character encounters a passive monster and will become an active monster attack.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Starting with a Hunter EXP event
2. Passive attack monsters will become active attack monsters
3. Any monster turns into active monster

i think its quest fault, like the one from dvasia peak the scroll thing. if you accepted the quest it makes all mobs to become aggressive, theres 2 quest like this i dont know the other one. maybe the one from shanton resevoir

You need to trace unfinished quest and complete it. As above said, it’s one of your in progress quest. Complete that quest and it will be returned to normal
