My semi solo/group Paladin build

Hey,
I’ve made a build for the upcoming beta but I am not quite sure if it’s good or not since I haven’t been able to try out the game myself.

I’ve mixed up a couple of support-abilites with some of the more offensive ones, and they should all combo well with my divine might. Any paladin-player who can give me some tips on what I can improve with my build?

Since I have never played the game before, I am not really familiar with any mechanics. Some parts of the build might be messed up because of that.

Imo Resist Elements 15 or don’t even go Pally.

Divine Might has been reworked and is now a pretty horrible skill, you can use those points somewhere they will be more useful.

Cure level 1 already removes status effects, the damage will be negligible since Pally is a STR support. That said, since Pally is a STR support (notice the only INT scaling they have is on a Barrier attribute) I’d recommend dropping the Cleric 2 altogether and planning as if you were going Monk.

The cool thing is all the classes have at least 1 skill scaling with SPR, meaning STR/SPR is most likely the way to go for Paladin.

Here is the build I will be going for. If you wish to go Priest I would recommend Priest 2 over Cleric 2.

Wow thanks for the input. I’ll go for a different approach right now. Didn’t know about the rework, what have they done with it? I’ve gave your build a look, how come you only have 1 in Smite?

Also nice avatar, just started watching No Game No Life today, seems pretty awesome

Divine Might used to give +1 level per level of Divine Might to your next skill. This allowed you to add up to +10 levels to your next skill, which went over the cap of lvl 15. So you could cast things like lvl 15 Energy Blast at Monk C2, or something like lvl 25 Heal. Now it is just a +1 lvl to “x” skills, which doesn’t make nearly as big a difference as the skill used to.

The 1 level in smite is something I have been debating. I want Smite in order to have an attack skill that I can use instead of only aa (the damage from Heal and Cure will be pretty bad and Conviction doesn’t come in til C3). The thing is Smite had a delay, which makes it easy to avoid if you plan on PvPing, and it used to have a knockup (unsure if it still does), which ended up lowering party dps. If I were to put any points into it I would take them out of Turn Undead, but I still don’t know which way I prefer.

Thx, I like the anime quite a bit personally

Interesting, going pally here too, got some ideas, like i saw in other post, something like cleric > priest > krivis or cleric > krivis [2] > pally [3] or maybe cleric > priest > krivis > pally [3] (just to get daino and some buffs)…

my experience is based on theory, so, no “real experience” @Insomm, i tought going like 15 restoration, 15 resist elements, barrier 5, conviction 5 (conviction to combo with fellow mage parties) the good thing about pally, both, smite and Conviction is overheat, (can mix 4 in turn undead, 1 smite)…

the idea of mixing stats points is not bad too, Turn undead scaling with spr, conviction and smite probably getting better with more str ( + basic attacks), even INT could work (zaibas + divine stigma)…

some ideas, theorycrafting being shared in the discussion, Thanks guys =].

man ur info is wrong divine might only give +1 lvl in all skill regardless of lvl ok the skill that been lvl by divine might can be use only for 10x in its max lvl for the duration of 1min…

No, it is not wrong. Read it properly. @renatoolivafelicidar
