I have read the rules on transferring the founder pack items. It clearly states that if it is unopened in the inventory, that it can be transferred. Please stop denying my report and do as you promised. I’m assuming someone can simply pull of my account and perform said request. Please do so. Thank you.
it state if it is unopened, you can open at any server, but once it is open, it stay with the character.
i didnt open it. It says it has to either be in the mail or in the character. It is on my character, unopened.

That is the problem. “Unopened” means that the founder’s pack is still in the mail in your lodge, once you move it to your character it is considered “opened”.

And please, do keep in mind that the DLC pack must be either not claimed from your Message Box OR remain unopened/untouched in your Inventory for it to be eligible for the Transfer.
you gotta wait them for completed the transferring system first
