My problems with orsha path for lvling

you can choose orsha or klipeda right… and you will for the most part… stay on 1 of the 2 courses until fediman… if you choose klipeda you are given set items, purple equips, stat points from goddess statues, stat point potions… a magnatude of bosses…

orsha does not have any of those extra things… no stat points from goddess statues, no stat point potions, no set gear. no purple gear… by time i hit fediman i had 3 recipes. from the last 2 maps before fediman… thats it.

The beauty of the 2 towns is that you can simultaneously do them. I start from both towns just to refresh my new character experience and then buy warp scrolls to visit the other town when the current area is over leveled.

I think you really need to redo orsha, this time without crows on you cause the feathers aren’t letting you see :expressionless:

more drops in kileeda too… well, it seemed that way too me.

Orsha quest line does give some stat points, and most people end up doing both quest paths anyway if only because of that. It’s also more effective for leveling to just alternate. I do agree Orsha quest line isn’t as well made, however. You could do Klap without having to do Orsha, if you really wanted. I don’t think it’s a good idea for either, though. o.o

No you don’t, you do both paths, not because of the exp cards, but because of the stat points.

Doing both klaipeda and orsha being labelled as more effective is just wrong.

I don’t know why beginners are send to both towns again and again and again, but you are not doing them any favor.

Dear beginners if you truly want EFFICIENCY, then do this:

Until crystal mine just do main quest.

Eat all cards as soon as you get them, do a couple of quests close to tenet garden, do all tenet garden and chapel questsand grind until 50 there.

With 50 you run into the 50 dungeon 3 times.

At this point - since we are talking efficiency - the most beneficial way would be to start a second character and do it again.

Either way if we talk about one character you could do a tiny bit of questing until you reach 65ish. After doing the 50 dung 3 times you are roughly lvl 60 already so getting to 65 qaint much

At 65ish you run straight for the constructor chapel 2f apparition event. Here you shout in global for a diev 3 to help you and make sure you can offer him something in return.

4-5 hours later you are lvl 90 and can do that dungeon x3.

Efficiency means fullspeed to 100 and doing quests for lvl 1-2-3-4-5 cards isn’t efficient. Reaching lvl 100 fast and doing missions/dungeons is efficient.

@PrinceMark same to you. Don’t fool poor beginners.

I believe efficiency means not only leveling fast enough (you’re just talking about rush leveling), but also letting them get the achievements, collections, status points, and learning their respective class which just comes with time. However if you think telling newbies to by pass all of that and just grabbing levels as fast as possible is “efficient”, we will have to agree to disagree.

Now on efficient quick leveling, I personally think after level 50+ alternating maps is quick. Below 50, doing the other side (I usually do Orsha) is a boring, pain in the butt, but again, it ends up being worth it. Save it till you’ve hit 50 on one side and just smack it out of the way. You will never hit a stand still until about 140, where you’ll begin grinding Demon Prison District 2/Dina’s Bee Farm/Demon Prison 2 and saving your level 8 and some level 7 cards from the few maps you do get quests from to blast from 163-176.

Level quick, yeah. Don’t rush and ■■■■ it up loves.

lots of hate in this thread, and anti-my comments… ok kids i have a 280 200 and working on my 3rd… 140 again. i never said you had to ONLY do 1 questline. its a ■■■■■■■ given that you can bounce back and forth if you want… or you can just straight shot it if you want… either way, whatever you choose, once you near 120-160 you will hit up all of the maps that give card 5-6-7-8’s just so you dont have to demon prison grind… we all get that.

and yes you do get 3 solid stat points at once as soon as you finish the orsha main story. NOTHING like revelations on the kliapeda side.

I was never hating, or crying… you kids troll hard. I was put into words the distinguishing differences in the 2 paths… and for the most part the MAJORITY of you will stick to one side done pretty much 100% with another side just sticking the tip in.

easily the best part of orsha is its layered maps and gimmicky elevators and fun little water slides. and ziplines

Saving 7 & 8 and grinding, or saving 5-8 and grinding - either way you get stuck grinding. You will have more parties and quick grind at Demon District and Dina’s any day. All imma say, have a nice day. :kiss:

I think its better to do everything, as you you can explore the entire game get all rewards and find mysteries. Fast Leveling is overrated. Game Knowledge is underated.

doing everything is an eventual for most of fans anyways. until the time comes when not doing everything can produce some form of higher ranking or status, doing everything is the current endgame.

I do agree that the Klaipeda route offers more, but you just can’t miss out on the exp and more stuff by doing both sides.

Tries to sound smart, fails to counter any of the issues raised by @brandoncotten , only looks like a smartass…

Orsha’s quest line is broken as ■■■■, gear and recipe drops start much later than in Klai, as well as gems, and the main quest line actually starts on Klai…

What IMC should have done, before rushing the game out the fricking door, is had quests that made you use the scrolls in the Orsha or Klai shops to go to the other city and start the other quest lines…you know, like most other games do, since you can’t ■■■■■■■ waltz from one city to the other without going through 15 maps ranging in levels of 1-120.

You can’t even call it spoonfeeding since you’re already shoehorned into starting one of the two story lines when you pick a city in the first place, and since one of them is tart trash, you may as well be allowed to know about the other one instead of assuming both sides have the same or similar quests…

Yet another sign that they only had grinding, glamor, and ROstagia cash on the brain when they were developing the game.

ohh ■■■■ quite possible i forget about that. hour 1 of orsha. 250 hours in. perhaps i forgot about the rest of the nonexistant ones… care to show them at map 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25? i might be missing floor 2 3 of the dungeons at those nice intervals.

but you are right. 1 does = 15ish. im not even saying 15 points is something of an imbalance. just that after doing both lines on 2 different characters, kliepeda has more to offer

like hell am looking through it all again am too tire… go to tosbase and start quests you lazy derp and stop skipping ingame text left and right :expressionless:
