My penguin selection box vanished when I tried sending it to my character

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Deleted my old Green pet from the questing voucher.
  2. Logged out to put my new pet on.
  3. It did not work multiple times no matter what character I selected
  4. It completely vanished from my mailbox after a reboot to see if it fixed itself.

You have too much mail, delete one of the ones with the item that has already been consumed.

I had the Penguin Box on the Lodge’s email, but the box disappeared when i logged in on the character that selected the box.

Hi guys.
I’m not sure if this is fit your situation. Just want to share my case.
If the reward pass the expiration but still can be seen in your mail lodge (Like you login over the expiration), you can claim it, but nothing will be send to your inventory and the reward is deleted. Need someone to confirm that Penguin box is expired in 1 day in mail lodge.

My weapon selection box and my sseds is vanished

same here my weapon recipe and seeds are gone, no one told us about this 1 day expiration date, the event news says till the scheduled maintenance on April 9, 2019

Naw I cleaned up my mailbox and still no egg selection. The server seemed to lag too because no matter who I tried to select and log in with it’d stay in my mail before vanishing.

Same… I was lucky enough to get the pet box but unlucky enough to not notice there is a 1day expiration on the weapon box so mine got auto deleted.
