Double Punch
This skill seem to be fairly good and your bread/butter go move.If you got a lot of stamina and you know how to control your Double Punches in between other skills with a decent rotation you will be fine.Furthermore,I love the damage and the speed animation isn’t too fast nor slow.
Palm Strike
Everything this skills has to offer is good.You get a pushback with decent damage output and a bleed if you invest into one of it’s attributes.The animation is perfect compare to the old version where it was way too slow.The bleed attribute is very balance with your physical damage and it’s not too over powered.The only issue I have with this skill and is the same with every knock up,knock down or pushback skills,is that when you hit a player right after or before they jump the player body start to slide down the screen or walking away from you diagonally but in reality their either knock down in front you or pushback.
Hand Knife
Like Palm Strike the animation proc got boosted and it’s almost an instant hit.This is a knock up skill and again it glitches whenever you hit a jumping target.The armor break attribute is fair with its % chance and the white glow on the enemies is visible, so no problem there.I’m just unclear of certain offensive damage skills used against players who are laying down on the floor and receive no damage the attack or status effects.In PVE when you apply Hand Knife sometimes the enemies stays stuck in mid air.
Energy Blast
The famous long range attack that most players are hype about.To be honest, I only use this skill in PVE and if I use it in PVP it would be to end or push my opponent.The damage for this skill ins’t that good at all,in fact I believe it deserves a small buff in damage.On the other hand,the animation of Energy Blast is very poor,in terms of HOW big is the impact area really is?I used this skill and test it out many times in PVP and I see my target getting hit by it when their not even inside the beam radius.I learn later that Energy Blast has a much wider area then what the animation is displaying.I would like the beam animation to show the actual right visual size of the beam.
1 Inch Punch
I am totally surprise that nobody call this skill OP in the forums.Yes I am a Monk player and I find this skill one of the most OP skill in PVP.I do agree that the bleed,silence and drain effect should still be applied to the target.BUT,the SP drain is the problem that need to be solve in terms of PVP.Whenever I hit my target (Player) with 1 Inch Punch they loose all their sp in 2 or 3 ticks.Now I am talking about wizards and some cleric classes that has high INT and SPR that loses ALL their SP in less than 3 seconds.This fast SP drain apply also on players who doesn’t have much SP.What is worst is that even at 0 SP and you try to pot yourself with SP potions that also gets drained in seconds,So to be bleeding,silenced and with 0 SP in under 3 seconds is overpowered.
I would suggest that the SP drain stays but it takes either a big flat portion of your SP or it drains all your SP but each tick drained would be by % of the target max SP with a lock duration.Like for instance each second you lose 5% of your max SP for 5 seconds.In addition,whenever I use 1 Inch Punch on a monster that casts magic attack they do not become silence.It would be nice if we can silence monster but not bosses of course,
God Finger Flick
This is the weakest skill the Monk class has to offer even at high level attributes and skill, it still doesn’t do a lot of damage.In the tosbase website it suppose to out damage the 1 inch Punch but in the game it’s the opposite.To make things even worst sometimes when you perform the God Finger Flick skill it delay’s the damage or it cancel the animation and nothing happens.When I meant by the damage is delayed,is that whenever you see the coin hit the enemy the damage applies very later.This skill animation should be a bit faster because your flicking a coin and it should be a quick release skills.The 100 silver for each time you apply the skill is ok and fair.
Golden Bell Shield
Everything is fine with this skill except one thing.When your about to cast Golden Bell Shield and your enemy does a skill that moves you at the same time it will glitch you in the Golden Bell Shield state forever and unable to move unless you relog.In my opinion,this skill should be rework that you cannot be interrupted while in the Golden Bell Shield state and receive 0 damage.Finally,this attribute does not work and if it does it lacks the animation and effect:
Iron Skin
I didn’t get to test this skill because I heard the the damage reflect is so small and it’s a skill most Monk over look.I also was too busy testing out other things since many people have already gave similar feedback about it.
