My event item get lost

My event items in mail box from 4th anniversary get lost. I didn’t recieve the items yet because item expire date is 4/20/20, but later i check mail box the item is gone.
ps. I have recieve only the [Event] Character Slot Voucher and [Event]Lv400 Jumping Box.

I online all days this month and still missed some ToS birthday present too.
Looks like it got deleted after 24 hours.

Event Questions

i think there will be an NPC to give u the rewards 1 reward per date, if only go get reward on 4/12, u will only get the reward that is on 4/12

the last reply was from a GM, so, for the event items you only have 1 day to collect them

Na, its more simple, log in , and when you see the character select screen you could see the GM Message with present, choose the character which one you would like to have, and thats it.
But remember, this is a daily event and the message will not going to last more than a day. So you must receive it with in that date.
