Seeing the patch notes from kToS broke my Highlanders heart. No more 0 cd Skyliners. Guess I’m sticking with Barbarian now.
It’s part wrong and part correct.
Barbs should be more superior in the first place as a rank 3~5 class whereas HL is a rank 2~4 class.
But I hope they do something about vertical slash, it’s pretty sht-tier for a c3 skill
well yeah it’s kind of obvious Barb would be really superior over HL, but I was really hoping for the 0cd Skyliner as I prefer HL over Barb. My level 153 HL3 right now has really haha damage for Bleed Skyliner combo (and I even have level 50 skill attribute for Skyliner).
The costume and the weapon stance is also a nice bonus. Was really looking forward to it but I guess I won’t anymore. lol.
If they gave Vertical Slash a % (25 ~ 50) increase per debuff to make it situationally more useful, that would be fantastic.
I was making a Sw1>HL3>Barb1>Doppel2. Right now I’m on Barb1, don’t know if I continue with my first idea now or change to barb3 and wait for the Rank8 to include Doppel in the mix.
That was what I wanna do too. 50% slash debuff from cleave + bleeding 0cd skyliner is gonna hurt like sh*t. but I guess I’ll be sticking with cookie 2h sword build of sw-hl-bar3-doppel2.
I was thinking the same! It’s a shame my plans are going to change (or not, I was liking that build, maybe I I’ll stick to it in the end!)
