As said in the title, i lost all of my compensation rewards from the 24 hour maintenance, server transfer, and server crash reward (Telsiai Server). I just left them in the message box because i dont want to place them all on one character and now it is missing

Compensation rewards usually have a claim expiration (which is written at the bottom right area of the message)
If you don’t claim it within a few days it’s gone forever. If you don’t want to place all on one character you can always place them on several characters by clicking only on a few items to select them.
