My collection page is completely blank

Hi there, I clicked on the collection npc in north klapeida during a lag spike a few days ago and ever since then, I only see a blank page.

I have about 40 things I need to turn in that are now cluttering my inventory and I have no way of getting rid of them. It’s been stuck on this for days.
I was hoping maintenance would fix it but it has not. Help would be much appreciated.
