Hi my chest for buying the game is not in the SA server and I cant transfer my team from Klaipeda server any more… what can i do? i dont want to pay again… It is soposed to be one chest for each server right? Im talking about my Token and my TP
Got this same problem, already sent them a ticket and still no answer.
Let’s hope this is just a bug and they’ll fix it soon.
How can i send them a ticket?
Click on SUPPORT on the right side of the forum section, then you’ll click on Submit Ticket.
Once you start to submit your ticket, ask to transfer your Pack from the EU or the SEA server to the SA one. Since you said you were playing on Klaipedia, you problably still have those ones. Then wait till IMC staff answers you.
