My Character stuck in the Dingofasil District when I try to enter the map and server always disconnected

Bug Description :
When I try to enter the map ‘Dingofasil District’ to finish my quest. It’s suddently disconnected since last night. I try to change channel in the Character login screen and it said Cannot connect to the server. I want to know what happen I’ have try to log in several times but I can’t.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter the map Dingofasil District
  2. Server disconnect
  3. Try to login again it can login only at the character selection srcreen
  4. Try to change channel and still can not connect abd reset to the server selection screen again and again.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Mouse

We would like to ask if your character still stuck on map. If yes, please reply to this tread with the starting city of you stuck character or send us a support ticket regarding to this issue to assists you further.

Now I can enter the world map with numerous times I try, and now I get stuck in ‘Ruklys Street’ instead, so what happen. It’s always disconnected over and over again T___T
