My character is stuck

I am unable to move her, but I can use spells and abilities, I can access everything, but I am unable to move at all, I tried relogging, I exited out of the game, tried to use a spell, look at my settings, nothing is working.

What I can do:
Use spells
Access all my inventory
Access settings
Go to a different channel
Use items

What I tried to do:
Shut down, restarting
Login in and out
Going to a different channel
Using a spell
Teleporting to the front of the dungeon

I am replying because I need to bump this, it is still happening and I cannot play the game.

I logged out once and it fixed on its own, what I did is went to another character, but now it is happening to both of them. :frowning:
