Heavy Shot is only really useful in PvP, so you’re taking it for that eh?
Oblique Shot is amazingly OP. If you’re going archer 3 already, might as well max that. Get the attribute to 100% as soon as possible too. You’ll just be spamming that all day.
In my book, Swift Step is only really useful for the +25% crit attribute, as the move speed is hardly noticeable / worthwhile. So I’d only get that to lvl 10, so that it’s duration is longer than it’s cooldown.
I don’t really like kneeling shot all that much. Although it is good for autos, you can’t use any skills, and oblique shot spam will out DPS kneeling any day.
So I’d suggest, take 5 points out of swift step, 5 out of kneeling shot, stick those 10 into oblique shot.
